How to make Bush Spaghetti Bolognese
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 30-60 minutes in total

Ingredients 

  • 450g / 1lb Minced Lamb
  • 1 Onion
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1-2 cups of a good Passata
  • Fresh Rosemary
  • 250g / 9oz of Spaghetti

Instructions

  1. Pour some olive oil into a skillet and add the chopped onion. Season with salt and pepper and lightly saute the onion. Add the minced lamb and fry until it starts to caramelise. The more caramelised the met the better the flavour.
    Pour in the Passata and add the chopped Rosemary. Stir through and leave to simmer on a low heat for 30-60 minutes to develop lots of flavour.
  2. When the bolognese sauce is nearly cooked place a pot of water onto the stove. Add a good dose of salt and bring to the boil. Once boiling add the spaghetti into the water and cook for the time stated on the packet. Usually 6-7 minutes will make it al dente.
  3. Drain the spaghetti and heap onto a plate cover with bolognese sauce and serve. Nothing gets easier or more delicious.
