How to make GINGER MANGO SPINACH SMOOTHIE
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Serves: 2 Smoothies
Ingredients
For the Mango Layer
- 1 Mango, peeled and cubed
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 1/4 of a cup of Coconut Water
- Juice from 1/2 a lemon
For the Spinach Layer
- A bunch of Fresh Spinach
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 1/4 cup of Coconut Water
- 1 inch Fresh Ginger

Instructions
- To make the Mango layer, Place all the ingredients into the blender and blend on high for about 1 minute until you have a lovely smooth yellow smoothie. Pour into two glasses
- Now you can make the spinach layer and there is no need to wash the blender jug as the green hides any trace of yellow. Place all the ingredients into the blender and blend on high for about 1 minute until you have a lovely smooth green smoothie. Gently pour on top of the yellow smoothie.
- You now have 2 beautiful layered smoothies. Stir the layers together if you wish and enjoy 😋
