Instructions
- Place the butter and sugar into a bowl and cream together with a wooden spoon. Add the eggs and whisk together.
- Pour in the flour, baking powder and cocoa powder into the bowl.
Add the food colour and vinegar. Mix altogether until thick and creamy. Add the milk and mix through once more. - Place your cupcake papers or silicon molds into the muffin tray. Spoon in the mixture into the cases. You want to fill each case about 3/4 full. Preheat the oven 170C / 325F.
- Place in the oven for 15-20 minutes until they are cooked. The top of the cupcake should spring back when lightly pressed.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely. - Make the frosting by mixing together powdered sugar, milk and butter. I use a hand mixer for this but it is easily mixed by hand too.
Add the Nutella and whisk through.
Place the frosting into a piping bag with or without a nozzle.
Pipe designs onto to the cool cupcakes and decorate with sprinkles or whatever you have.
Now your Cupcakes are ready to Enjoy. Yummy!!
