How to make Skillet S’Mores
Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Cook Time: 20 Minutes
Ingredients
- 250g / 8oz of Graham Crackers or Digestive Biscuits
- 100g / 3.5oz of Salted Butter
- A big Bag of Marshmallows
- 100g / 3.5oz of Dark Chocolate
- 100g / 3.5oz of Caramel Toffees

Instructions
- Place the biscuits into a bowl and break into small crumbs. I use the end of a rolling pin to do this.
Melt the butter in a skillet and add the biscuit crumbs. Coat the crumbs in the butter and then level the biscuits out across the base of the skillet. - Break the chocolate and caramel into small pieces. Sprinkle the chocolate and caramel pieces over the biscuit crumbs. Allow the heat to melt the chocolate slightly.
- Place the marshmallows on the top of the biscuits and cover completely.
Pop the skillet under a hot grill to brown the marshmallows. - Remove from the grill and your S’Mores are ready to serve.
Be careful as they will be hot so allow to cool a little before enjoying.
