It makes a great covering for cakes. You can even whip it up and then it will become whiter than you think.

How to make White Chocolate Ganache
Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Ingredients
- 150g of White Chocolate (don’t use Chocolate Chips they don’t melt well)
- 50g of Thick Full Cream
- or any amount of Chocolate as long as it’s 3 Parts Chocolate to 1 Part Cream

Instructions
- Weigh the chocolate and place into a microwave proof bowl.
Add the cream, making sure that you have 3 times as much chocolate to cream.
Gently agitate the bowl to allow the cream to flood down between the chocolate.
Place in the microwave an heat for 1 minute. - Remove from the microwave and allow to sit on the side for 30 seconds.
Then gently stir the ganache, if it still has a few lumps place back in the microwave for another 30 seconds.
Again after removing from the microwave, allow to sit on the side for 30 seconds. - Stir through again and it should become smooth and silky.
- Let the ganache cool on the side for about 20 minutes before placing in the fridge to completely cool down.
To make the ganache whiter you can whip it up with a hand mixer. This makes the ganache white and fluffy. - Decorate you cakes, muffins or cupcakes however you desire.
