You will Need
4 Eggs
2 cups of Full Cream Milk
1/4 of a cup of Sugar
1/2 a teaspoon of Pumpkin or Mixed Spice
2 Golden Delicious Apples
1 tablespoon of Sugar
1/2 a teaspoon of Cinnamon
1/4 of a teaspoon of Nutmeg
A pinch or 2 of Salt
12 Slices of Bread
12 small cubes of Butter
Honey to Glaze
Oven Temperature 180’C / 350’F for 25 /30 minutes
