How to make Fox’s Chunkie Chip Cookies
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Oven Temperature: 160C /320F
Ingredients
NOTE: The amounts written here are the correct – I mentioned a few in the video which were wrong. Sorry for any confusion.
- 100g / 3.5 oz of Soft Butter
- 150g / 5 oz og Granulated Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 50g / 1.75 oz of Coarse Oatmeal
- 250g / 8oz of self Raising Flour
- 20g / 0.75 oz of Shredded Coconut
- 150g / 5 oz of Chocolate Chips
- 150g / 5 oz of Chocolate Melts

Instructions
- In a large bowl cream together the butter and the sugar, add the egg and whisk well. Now add the flour, oatmeal and coconut and mix together. Pour in the chocolate chips and mix in with your hands.
- Take a piece of the cookie dough and make them into a ball, place them on a prepare cookie sheet and flatten them slightly. Use some extra chocolate chips to decorate the tops.
- Place into a pre heated oven and cook for about 20 minutes till they are golden brown. Remove them from the oven and place them onto a cooling rack to cool.
- Whilst the cookies are cooling melt some chocolate melts in a small bowl and then when the cookies are completely cooled dip then into the chocolate to coat one side. Allow the chocolate to set and your cookies are ready to be eaten.
