Ingredients
- 500g / 1lb of Gluten Free Bread Flour

I use a large muffin tin – each muffin hole is approx.8cm / 3.5inches.

Instructions
- Place the Gluten Free Flour into a bowl and add the water and milk. Use a fork to mix to a batter like consistency. Then using a spoon beat for a minute or two to make sure it is nice and smooth.
- Spoon, or use an ice cream scoop, enough batter into each muffin tin to roughly half fill each hole. Place the muffin tins somewhere warm (I warmed my oven to 50C / 120F then turned off the heat and placed the tins in there) for about 30 minutes to let the batter double in size.
- Preheat the oven 190C / 375F and bake for about 15 minutes until nice and golden brown on top. Remove from the oven and rub the top with a little butter and then take out of the tin and place onto a cooling rack and you are ready to enjoy these delicious rolls.
