Nutella Tassie Tarts – There are so many Nutella recipes on my channel but many of them are bread based. So I thought it would be nice to try and make something that was gluten free.
A subscriber asked if I had ever made Tassies to which I replied ‘No’ but I thought it was time that I had.
So here is my version of Nutella Tassies and of course they are gluten free too.

Instructions
- Place the butter and the cream cheese into a bowl. Cream together until soft and smooth. Add the sugar and continue to mix through. Pour in the rice flour and start to stir through.
After a little while it will start to become like breadcrumbs, that is the time to get your hands in there. Draw all the ingredients together to form a nice soft dough.
Place in the fridge for 10 minutes to chill down. - Decide on which fillings you are going to use and mix them together in small bowls.
You will need a small muffin tray for these Tassies
Once the dough has chilled down remove from the fridge and make into small balls. I used about half an ounce or 14g.Place the ball into the muffin tin and gently push them into shape using your finger or thumb. Try to make them the same thickness all around.
Place about half a teaspoon full of the filling into each pastry case. - Preheat the oven 170C / 325F.
I like to top each Tassie with a little piece of whatever I added to the Nutella so that I know what is in each Tart. Place in the oven for about 20 minutes until they are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and take out of the tray.
The Tassies are ready to be served. Enjoy!
