How to make PB & J SMOOTHIE
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Serves: 2 Smoothies
Ingredients
- 1/2 a cup of Rolled Oats
- 1.5 cups of Frozen Soft Fruits
- 1.5 cups of Almond Milk
- 1 tablespoon of Protein Powder (optional)
- 1 tablespoon of Almond Butter
- About a tablespoon of Raspberry Jam

Instructions
Place all the ingredients, except the jam, into the blender and blend on high for about 1 minute until you have a lovely smooth smoothie. Now add the jam and just give a quick pulse as you want a little of texture left from the jam. Pour into two glasses and serve.😋
