You will Need
Makes Approximately 12 Cup Cakes
150g / 5oz of Butter
150g / 5oz of Sugar
150g / 5oz of Self Raising Flour
150g / 5oz of Eggs Approx 3
1 teaspoon of Baking Powder
1/4 of a cup of Pineapple Juice
For each Muffin Pan
A knob of Butter
1 teaspoon of Brown Sugar
1 Pineapple Ring
1 Morello Cherry
Cooking Temperature 170C/325F for 15 to 20 minutes
