Instructions
  1. Take your Apple ‘stick’ and gently push it two thirds of the way into each apple, then set the apples to one side.
  2. In a saucepan melt the butter and slowly add the marshmallows. Stir continually until they have completely melted. Then take each apple and gently dip and cover with the melted marshmallow.
  3. Allow any excess to drip off and place the apple onto a cookie sheet covered with waxed paper and then place in the fridge for 15 minutes to set.
  4. Whilst waiting for the marshmallow to become more firm, crush the cookies and melt the chocolate.
  5. Once the marshmallow is set remove from the fridge and remove from the waxed paper. I found I had to use kitchen scissors to cut the apple free from the paper. Dip each apple into the melted chocolate about two thirds of the way up.
Allow excess chocolate to drip off and then immediately dip into the crushed cookies. Once again stand on a cookie sheet to set. Repeat the process until you have all your apples coated. Allow to set and Enjoy !!!
