Summer is here, its nearly the 4th of July, why not cover some fresh strawberries in chocolate and make these great treats.
STRAWBERRY TREATS FOR JULY 4TH
How to make STRAWBERRY CELEBRATIONS
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Time in the Fridge: 1 hour
Ingredients
- 150g / 6oz White Chocolate
- Strawberries
- Blue Coloured Sugar (see my channel for recipe)

Instructions
- Melt 2/3rds of the white chocolate over a double boiler or in the microwave and once it has melted completely add the remaining 1/3rd of the chocolate and stir through until it is all melted and smooth. This will temper the chocolate and keep it nice and shiny.
- Next take each strawberry and dip it into the chocolate 2/3rds of the way up the fruit. Leaving a nice straight line between the red and the white. Now you just need to add your blue by dipping the strawberries into the blue coloured sugar to coat the final 1/3rd.
Allow the strawberries to dry and the chocolate to harden and you have your strawberry treats ready to go.
