McDONALDS FILET O FISH RECIPE – Home made Rolls and a Gluten Free Option 2


You will Need

For the Mayonnaise

300ml of Vegetable Oil
1 Egg
1 Tablespoon of White wine Vinegar
A pinch of Salt
A squeeze of Lemon
A twist of Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon of Mustard

For the Sauce

2 Tablespoons of the Mayonnaise
1 Pickled Gherkin
1 Teaspoon of Superfine Sugar
1/2 a Teaspoon of Vinegar

150g Fillet of Fish, Cod, Haddock or Pollock is good (you should be able to make three portions of fish with this fillet)

To make the Batter

1/2 a cup of All purpose/ Plain Flour or Gluten Free Flour
1/2 a cup of Milk
1/2 a Teaspoon of Salt

1 Dinner Roll or Gluten Free Roll
1 Square of Sliced Cheese
