How to make Mountain Dew FrogSpawn
Prep Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

• 1/2 a cup of Tapioca Pearls
• Sugar
• Black food Gel
• 2.5 cups of Water + another 2.5 cups of Water
• Mountain Dew Soda

Instructions

1. Place the Tapioca into a pan and add the black food gel. Pour in the water and add the sugar. Bring up to the boil and simmer gently for a minute or two until the tapioca starts to absorb the water and they become all gelatinous. Now add the rest of the water and bring back up to the boil then remove from the heat and allow to sit for 5 – 10 minutes.
2. Pour into a sieve and rinse the tapioca in cold water, then spoon a couple of spoonfuls of the tapioca into a glass or jam jar. Top with the Mountain dew and watch the Tapioca bubble and float to the top. Add a straw and enjoy
