How to make Mexican Elote
Prep Time: 2 minutes
Cook Time: 2-3 minutes
Ingredients
- Corn on the Cob
- Lime Juice
- Sour Cream
- Mayonnaise
- Chili Powder
- Paprika
- Salt
- Bamboo or Wooden Skewer

Instructions
- Cook the corn cobs either in the microwave or peel the husks away and cook in a pan of boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Remove from the water and place onto a board. Insert the skewer into the base of the corn and tap the skewer firmly on a board to make sure the corn cob is tight and secure.
- Cut a quarter segment of lime and rub over the corn cob. Spread a generous coating of sour cream over the corn, next spread the mayonnaise on top of the cream. Spoon the cheese over the cream and mayo coating and then sprinkle with the chili/cayenne mix and season with salt.
- And simple dive in and enjoy!!!
