BANANA, RUM AND RAISIN SOUFFLE

You will Need

1 cup of Milk
3 Egg Yolks
3 1/2 tablespoons of Sugar
1 tablespoon of All Purpose/ Plain Flour
1/2 a tablespoon of Corn Starch / Cornflour
1/2 a cup of Raisins
2 tablespoons of Soft Brown Sugar
1/3 of a cup of a Dark Rum
2 Ripe Bananas
3 Egg Whites
Squeeze of Lemon Juice
3 1/2 tablespoons of Castor Sugar
Butter and Sugar to coat the Ramekins
Icing / Powdered Sugar to Decorate

Oven temperature 180’C /350’F for 12-14 minutes
