You Will Need

9 inch Spring Form Baking Tray

Chocolate Sponge:
2 cups Self Raising Flour
2 cups Sugar
3/4 cup Cocoa Powder
2 teaspoons Baking Soda
1 Teaspoon Salt
2 Eggs
1 cup Butter Milk
1 cup Vegetable Oil
1.5 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
1 cup Strong Coffee (or Boiled Water if you prefer)

250g your favourite Chocolate
125mls Double Cream

Raspberry or Blackcurrant Jam ( to your liking)
Fresh whipped cream
