Pumpkin Bread Recipe
If you want to make Pumpkin Bread Live with me, you will need the following ingredients.
2.5 cups of Plain / All Purpose/Plain Flour
2 cups of Sugar
1.5 Teaspoons of Baking Soda
1.5 Teaspoons of Cinnamon
1.5 Teaspoons of Nutmeg
1 Teaspoon of Salt
3 Eggs
1.5 Cups of Pumpkin Puree
3/4 of a cup of Vegetable Oil
1 cup of Nuts and Sultanas
Plus a medium/large Loaf Tin.

Sugar Puffs are Dead, long live the Honey Monster
Sugar doesn’t sell, Honey Does. For over 50 Years the Honey Monster took a back seat to his favourite Cereal but now in an attempt to make Sugar Puffs more current, “sugar puffs” is being ditched for “Honey Monster Puffs”
Halo Food have decided that consumers are stupid enough to not notice that the re naming makes little difference, although they have been inconvenienced to ever so slightly increase the honey content and drop the sugar by a tiny percentage to support the fanfare. I am sure they will play that one, I can hear it now “Now with even more Honey” blah blah tell us about the Money mummy.

It would appear the the current generation of young adults and parents are less savvy when it comes to preserving food and are more likely to throw food out than try to keep it fresh. Is that true?
