How to make an Homemade Irish Cream
Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Makes 2 x 700ml Bottles
Ingredients
- 500ml / 2 cups full of Thick Cream
- 2 tablespoons of Chocolate Sauce
- 500ml / 2 cups of Irish Whiskey
- 1 x 400g / 14oz can of Condensed Milk
- 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
- 2 shots of strong Espresso Coffee or
- 2 teaspoons of Instant Coffee

Instructions
- This recipe is super easy – Just place everything into a blender and on a slow speed, blend until you have an even coloured liquid.
- Pour the Irish Cream into 2 sterilised bottles and seal with a lid.
- Tie a pretty ribbon around the neck and you have the perfect gifts.
- This Irish Cream will keep well as long as it is kept chilled . I have kept it up to 2 months in the fridge
