How to make an Homemade Irish Cream 
Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Makes 2 x 700ml Bottles

Ingredients

  • 500ml / 2 cups full of Thick Cream
  • 2 tablespoons of Chocolate Sauce
  • 500ml / 2 cups of Irish Whiskey
  • 1  x 400g / 14oz can of Condensed Milk
  • 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
  • 2 shots of strong Espresso Coffee or
  • 2 teaspoons of Instant Coffee

Instructions

  1. This recipe is super easy – Just place everything into a blender and on a slow speed, blend until you have an even coloured liquid.
  2. Pour the Irish Cream into 2 sterilised bottles and seal with a lid.
  3. Tie a pretty ribbon around the neck and you have the perfect gifts.
  4. This Irish Cream will keep well as long as it is kept chilled . I have kept it up to 2 months in the fridge
