We were all set to begin our next adventure after the fantastic road trip around Australia. We set off with mixed emotions, as once again we say goodbye to our beautiful children – they are all settled and happy in Melbourne, Australia.
But travelling is what we enjoy so off to the airport we go, only to discover once we arrive, that we wouldn’t be going anywhere. Unfortunately we had booked flights with Jetstar and they had delayed our flight by 16 hours with no warning.
You’ll have to watch the vlog to see how it all unfolds and just how bad the Jetstar Customer service really is – on the ground at least.
