You will Need
100g / 3.5 oz of Self Raising Flour
100g / 3.5 oz of Butter
100g / 3.5 oz of Sugar
2 Eggs
1 teaspoon of Baking Powder
Cooking Temperature 170C /325F for 25 to 30 minutes
Makes 1 x 8 inch round Cake
