You will Need
For the Filling
5 Fresh Peaches
1/3 of a cup of Granulated Sugar
2 teaspoons of Corn Starch
1/4 of a Lemon, Squeezed,
1/4 of a teaspoon of Fresh Nutmeg
A pinch of Cinnamon
40g / 1.5oz of Butter
6 Biscuits
A little melted Butter
A little Sugar to sprinkle on the top.
Cooking Temperature 180’C / 350’F for 20 minutes and then 15 minutes.
For the Biscuits
2 cups / 250g / 9oz of Self Raising Flour
1 tablespoon of Sugar
1.5 cups of Thick / Double Cream
Some Melted Butter to Brush The Tops With
Cooking Temperature for the Biscuits 430’F / 220’C for 10 Minutes
