You will Need
To make the Vanilla Custard
1 cup of Milk
3 Egg Yolks
3.5 tablespoons of White Sugar
1 tablespoon of All Purpose / Plain Flour
1/2 a tablespoon of Cornflour / Cornstarch
1/2 a teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
To Make the Ice Cream
300ml / 1/2 a pint of Thick Cream
The Custard from above
1/2 an 8″ Frozen Pound Cake cut into cubes
1 cup of Frozen Raspberries
1 cup of White Chocolate cut into Chunks
For the Raspberry Sauce
3 tablespoons of Raspberry Jam
1-2 tablespoons of Water
