You will Need
200g / 7oz of Self Raising Flour
200g / 7oz of Sugar
200g / 7oz of Butter
200g / 7oz or 4 Eggs
1 Teaspoon of Baking Powder
Fresh Whipping Cream
Raspberry Jam
Icing / Powdered Sugar to Decorate
Cooking Temperature 170C / 325F for 30 Minutes
