HOW TO MAKE CARAMELS – Chewy Caramel Toffee

Steve couldn’t find just plain Caramels in any of his local stores so he decided he needed to make his own and share the recipe with you all. Caramels are so simple to make and they taste absolutely delicious.

You will Need
1 1/2 cups of Thick Cream (at least 35% fat)
1 cup / 200g of Granulated Sugar
2/3 cup / 130g of a Soft Brown Sugar
1/3 of a cup of Glucose / Corn Syrup
1 tablespoon / 15g of Butter

Cooking Temperature 250’F /120’C or Firm Ball on a Candy Thermometre
