You will Need
250g / 8oz of Raw Peeled Prawns
1 tablespoon of Light Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon of Chinese Five Spice
1-2 Cloves of Chopped Garlic
1 inch /2.5cm of Peeled Diced Ginger
6-8 Slices of White Bread
60g / 2oz of Sesame Seeds
Vegetable Oil for Frying
Oil Temperature 180’C /350’F for about 3 minutes
