You will Need

1 cup of superfine or Caster sugar
6 Egg yolks
6 Egg Whites
500g / 1lb of Mascarpone
Ladyfinger Biscuits
1 cup of Espresso Coffee
A good Glug of Marsala or Fortified Wine
